If you are running late on making your payment on time beyond the 5 day grace period please notify us ASAP. If we do not receive a notice from you by the 6th we may be forced to issue a 5 day notice. More than 3 late payments in a calendar year can cause your lease to not be renewed. There will be a $10.00 late fee charged to EVERY late payment.
