Our Story

When I first started as a landlord I was taught to fix the apartments up to met the minimal requirements at the least amount of money as possible.  Nothing too fancy, just a clean basic vanilla box.  In other words ordinary.  In returned all I got was ordinary rents and not so ordinary tenants.  At least most of the time. Soon I found myself always struggling to get good tenants. Though I had a few great ones the less great ones made is challenging to build a business. One day I asked myself why couldn’t I get premium tenants in my ordinary apartments?  

 

Then one day it hit me!  If I wanted premium tenants I needed to offer a premium product.  So each time a tenant moved out I would totally upgrade the apartment.  Everything from the door knobs to the cabinets, and like magic I got better tenants. Unfortunately this didn’t work for all the apartments.  The smaller ones were very hard to rent simply because people most people didn’t have the perception of space.  So they thought the unit were too small.  So I started staging the apartments and within days we had a long line of people bidding to rent those same units people once turned their noses up on.  

 

Today I make sure every apartment has been upgraded with the finest finishes and latest technology available. Then staged with the most appealing designed directed at our target customer. You can rest assure every residences here has been upgraded to the highest standard and has the very best in craftsmanship. In addition we are committed to providing fast and professional service when the need arises.  This is my promise.

Building access control begins at the gate with a intercom and buzzer system. All of the main doors to the building are secured with smart locks. This way only tenants will ever have access.

Things don’t always breakdown at a convenient time. This is why we have invested in a full workshop stocked with supplies to address the most common problems quickly
